No problem with product, quality, price point or delivery ~ however was feeling momentarily chafed that in finding the part was not needed, I felt not fully apprised of the RMA shipping cost responsibility. No worries, however the Policy precluded me from returning it and ordering alternate upgrades to my vehicle. Torn between three and four stars, I am not dissatisfied and will order in the future but... you asked and return shipping is a concern to know upfront. Regardless, I expect there is notice in the initial ordering page and (I) missed it. If not, please advise the customer base on the opening web order. It(shipping) does cost real money but Parts geek still is A-OK with me. My concerns, is competitive force is not to be assumed nor ignored on the 'ol weberoo'.
