works but could be better
The device does what it designed to do. It holds up a monitor on the wall and a keyboard. Although the keyboard arm is bit wobbly and I ended up deciding not to use it. The installation requires finding the studs behind the wall so you need to know how to do that. My biggest critique of the design is that the vesa plate is not removable from the articulating arm. So you will have to attached the monitor to the arm and then attach the entire assembly to the wall rail. A much better design would be to have a removable vest plate so you can install the arm, and then put the monitor on it. Unrelated to the product, vivo customer service is quite underwhelming. The lady who responded to my email is obviously not interested in helping. Her response was as useless as a robot.
