Healthy Origins Cognizin Citicoline 250 mg Capsules, 60 Ct

I started taking this product after my aunt was diagnosed with dementia. I noticed less brain fog and sharper and quicker thinking for myself. Honestly, the long term results remain to be seen but I try to not be without it for too long.

We've all heard and seen the 5-Hour-Energy commercials for the past ten years, or so. I've never used that product. I don't do commercial energy drinks or sweetener and chemical containing concoctions / bars. That being said, did you ever wonder what ingredient in 5-Hour-Energy might be a good working ingredient (not counting the caffein)? You will notice citicoline on their label. It doesn't say what potency. Well, good for them in a small way. At least they have some of one good, natural mental and physical energy ingredient in there. Personally, I find that taking a 250 mg. Cognizin Citicoline capsule provides excellent, long lasting (many hours) mental and physical energy in a totally natural way with no jitters or hyped-up feeling, and no let-down or crash after a period of time. This is actually a very good product. I don't take one every day; just when I feel I need it. Swanson carries a couple of equally-good brands of 250 mg. Citicoline products. I've given them both the personal test under a variety of circumstances. They both pass the tests. I find that these 250 mg. Cognizin Citicoline products are just as good and effective as the Swanson brand's 500 mg. Citicoline product. Doesn't seem like that would make sense, but it does when I compare the results. Works for me.
