Honestly, I was scared about how the phone was gonna turn out, but when I received the phone, it looked brand new! It had a few little scratches on the screen but nothing to damage it. The back of the phone was clean and smooth no damage. The phone also works good as new and I like how it came with a SIM card, a charger, and a little object to get your SIM card off the phone. Definitely giving it a 5 star rating!
