As a dietary supplement, 1 soft geltwo times daily initial dose, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. May be taken with or without food. Take with 8 to 10 ounces of water.

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, four capsules daily, taken all at one time, with water, preferably on an empty stomach. For best results continue use for 15 days, thereafter 2 or 3 capsules every other day, as desired or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

It is difficult to say if this product is contributing to a better mood or the SAM-E that I am also taking. I have been dealing with an autoimmune disease for over 3 years now and it tends to depress me.This product is helping ....I Think. In any case it adds a little fish oil to your diet so can't hurt.

Will never be without Stabilium!!!
Stabilium has been a crucial part of my regimen for over 12 years, and I'll never be without it. I have to be careful what I say here, so let's just say it helps me with a number of things, and I have a lot of "extra" energy. Do your research. It's not cheap, so I get by with one per day in the warmer months, but I double or triple my daily dose during the worst of the winter months. If you're just starting on Stabilium, it's important to follow the manufacturer's suggestions for an initial "loading" dosage, as it takes time for the body to build up optimal concentrations.
