Mild form of magnesium
I use Swanson's Calcium Citrate, and then add this product to get some magnesium in a mild form. I like the low dose of magnesium citrate and easy to swallow capsules. I have a sensitivity to magnesium and tolerate the citrate better than the oxide and aspartate forms.
