Heat is my go-to 'medication' for many aches and pains. ThermaCare heatwraps for back pain are the best for keeping my back pain-free and mobile. If I know a busy day with some lifting is ahead, I use a ThermaCare to prevent back pain. These heatwraps are also healing when pain sneaks up on me. I try to always have a box of wraps available.
