This product works well with my hair. They were both the same dark color and that made it challenging to decide which was which. Once I figured it out I used too much of the edge gel. You only need a little. The trick for me was making sure I spread the product (with my fingers) evenly from root to end. It does retain your length with a small amount of product. I can't wait to use these products again now that I know what works for me. The edge gel worked wonderfully and kept my edges where they were supposed to be.
