The Super Reishi Tablets really help boost my immune system. If I run out, I always end up getting sick. But as long as I keep taking them on a regular basis, I don't get sick (or at least very seldom).

superb product

this pill is a fairly easy swallowable oval size with no coating or gel capsules. it tastes like what it is: mushrooms. sometimes i cannot find raw mushrooms, so i use high quality mushroom supplements like this one. it takes a little longer for this product to ship to my house.
