Hot Water or Milk Directions: (1). Empty packet into bowl. (2) Add up to 1/3 cup hot milk or boiling water, stir. (3) Lest stand for 60 seconds. Microwave Directions: (1) Empty packet into microwave-safe bowl. (2) Add up to 1/2 cup unheated milk or water, stir. For your convenience, you can use the packet as a measuring cup. (3) Microwave on high 1 to 2 minutes; stir again. Please adjust water or milk for desired consistency. Caution: Bowl and contents may be hot. Microwave ovens vary in power. Cooking time may need to be adjusted. Lift tab to open. Remove flap along perforation on the back of box for a convenient pantry pack.

Absolutely Awful!
this mess tastes absolutely awful. they call themselves trying to make it healthier but they only made it nastier. it wasn't broken before so I dont know why they felt the need to fix it. Dont waste your money. If you find the old box stack up on it because this nast mess is everywhere

They changed the ingredients and it taste horrible
They changed the ingredients and it tastes horrible! Like the oatmeal was perfect the way it was before, so why change it? And I've noticed alot of other ppl complaining about how nasty it is. I won't be purchasing anymore unless they bring the old one back. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

The flavor totally different and not good. I'm so sad . this means my other favorite peaches and cream is ruined too. No more instant oatmeal for me unless they charge it back.
