I really enjoy Chris Hart how-to books. He manages to balance keeping instructions clear and simple without dumbing them down so that I feel like I'm reading a kids' book. And, I like the sense of humor he displays throughout his books. This book on human proportions is no exception! I enjoyed reading it through from cover to cover. Now, I enjoy keeping it near my worktable as a handy reference. Hart does a great job of including detailed, step-by-step instructions that teach how to draw human figures in a variety of poses and from many angles as well as basic overview charts to keep handy for at-a-glance references.
