Convenient little energy and focus boost
I bought this as a substitute for another energy and focus supplement that is low in stock that I'm having a hard time obtaining even online. This works well for when I need a little boost of energy during my midday slump. I just take two capsules during or after my lunch time and approximately 30 minutes later I'm good to go for a few hours. It is my personal experience that you can build a tolerance so if this is something you need to take daily (for most days of the week as is my case for work), I recommend switching it up with other supplements or taking a break for at least a couple weeks every 2 to 3 months.
