North American Wellnes Touch Free Soap Dispenser.

I was very excited to find this in our store. I thought it would be perfect in the kitchen since it's supposed to be "touch free". When I got it home, my husband began peeling the label off before I had a chance to read the instructions. The label came off in two layers. I couldn't salvage it enough to read it. I took several minutes and peeled/scraped the remaining layer off. So there we were - didn't have a clue how this thing worked. We put the required batteries in the bottom and filled it up. Finally figured out we had to press the little black button on the top to make it work. And boy did it work!!! I had liquid hand soap all over the kitchen counter!!!!! It either squirted a tiny bit or it squirted a bunch. I don't know if there is a way to adjust the amount it squirts (can't find directions on the web for it either). So the next day I tried to use it. Waved my hand under it and nothing happened. No little red light. No soap. I hit the little black button and it took off squirting gobs of hand soap - some of it even ended up in my hand. I thought this would be excellent in the kitchen to use when cleaning up after handling chicken or anything else yucky. I'm very unhappy with this product and I will be returning it - without the label. And another thing I don't understand - on the website it's about $35. I paid $9.97 in the store?????
