Simple and conveniant when my recipies calls for a lid i.e. skillet biscuits and some of my pans came with no lids, my choice of fry'pans. They are non stick and easy to use baking soda to remove cooked on splatter, cleaning is easy sink style and the color helps keep them separated from my other pan lids. The evaporation air hole is a must have for condensation to be seen and help release exra moisture. i.e. soup, rice etc. The seal around lids and handle are sturdy and they'll last.
