T-Relief does relieve pain.
Have been using T-Relief cream for several years for muscular pain due to arthritis. I tried the T-Relief gel but that was sticky and didn't really work for me. I used to use Traumeel until it could no longer be sold in the U.S., and although you can buy it overseas, am never sure of exactly what is in the product, so I switched to T-Relief. It's not quite as good but almost. Unfortunately, if the price keeps going up, I will have to find something else.

T-relief - Pain Relief Ointment - Arnica Plus 12 Natural Ingredients - 1.76 Oz...works GREAT! Complaints are the small size and the higher price but it works so I will continue to promote and use this product. The tablets are great too and using these T-12 products has helped me so very much while waiting for, and after my knee surgery. I used to use NatraBio "The Rub" but it seems to have been a casualty of the pandemic so I was THRILLED to finally find a formula that closely resembles and works as well as it did.
