Instructions
Directions: Place tablet under the tongue or in mouth and completely dissolve. Adults and children above 12 years, 1 tablet 3 times during the evening, or as directed by a physician. If Sleeplessness Persists: 1 tablet every 15 minutes, up to 3 more times. Children 6 to 11 years, 1 tablet 2 times during the evening. If Sleeplessness Persists: 1 tablet every 15 minutes, up to 2 more times. Infants and children to 6 years, 1/2 tablet 3 times during the evening. If Sleeplessness Persists: 1/2 tablet every 15 minutes, up to 2 more times.

Works as well as most prescriptions with no adverse side effects. Has to be dissolved on the tongue instead of taking with water, but it has a pleasant taste and dissolves in a couple of minutes.
