Milk alternative (shelf stable)

Always in my pantry/frig and I use it in smoothies, energy drinks and also in cooking when I want an alternative to milk, but something a bit lighter. Often use it as a milk substitute in hot chocolate, sauces or chai tea when the blend requires a 50% mix with a main ingredient. The Vanilla has just a touch of flavoring and is often used in case I unexpectedly run out of milk. It's shelf stable and I always have a couple in reserve!

The best milk alternative

My daughter has a severe allergy to milk protein and we tried all different milk alternatives like almond, oat, soy and she didn't like any of them. We finally found Rice Dream and it's a winner! She likes it!!! She likes the original flavor over the vanilla.
