In order to install the DAE 1/2" water meter with the garden hose at both ends, you will need 2 connectors (3/4" female GHT, 1/2" female NPT), available in Amazon (ASIN:B07VZYF1FL). Unit: Liters. Accuracy: +/1.5% within normal flow as per AWWA Standard. Pulse Output:10 liter(0.01 cu meter)/pulse, a dry contact (i.e. no voltage) reed switch with 2 wires, 1.5m. The third party system should not generate electricity more than 0.01A (typically 0.005A like DAE AMR), 24VAC/DC. Meter body: Brass. Couplings Included. Length without couplings: 4.3 inches, Length with couplings: 8.125 inches. 8 digits register counter. The 1st digit from the right is in liter or one thousandth cu meter (*0.001 cu meter). The dial is in 0.1 liter or ten hundredth cu meter (*0.0001 cu meter). For example, if you see 00001234 on the register, it is 1.234 cu meter. The register head can be freely rotated for convenient viewing. Max temperature: 104˚F (40˚C). Pressure drop: 1.600 psi @ 5 GPM(1.136 cu m/h), 7.030 psi @ 10 GPM(2.271 cu m/h). Conforms to both AWWA and ISO 4064, for City water only. Maximum Flow Rate: 15 GPM (3.4 m³/h), Normal Flow Rate: 7.5 GPM (1.7 m³/h), Minimum Flow Rate: 1/4 GPM (0.06 m³/h). Max. working pressure is 232 psi, exceeding AWWA standard 150 psi. DAE AS series is single jet water meter.
