So far So great.
I put off getting this, then it was out of stock, but I finally got one. It is perfect. Easy to install. I would suggest pre drilling holes and there weren't any instructions. But picture says it all. Only have had it hanging with one pair of boots for a week. So far it's been just what I was looking for.
