MUST HAVE!
At first I didn't purchase the covers, because I thought that they would just get in the way when I needed to change the litter. But I have two scoop-free litter boxes side by side, and once I purchased the covers and put them on, the odor in that room went away. The litter boxes are in our garage converted to an interior room, and my office is on the other side of that room. And even so I hardly ever smell the litter. These covers are great, do yourself a favor and get them.
