The wine cooler was securely packed/ boxed and was delivered without any damage. After unboxing, installing the handled took all of 5 minutes and the cooler was ready to turn (it is recommended that you wait 24-36 hours before tuning on) Only negative comment, it is a bit louder than I expected when the compressor turns but not enough noise to be an annoyance. We love having a place to store both our red and white wines without worrying about spoilage. I would buy again.
