I ordered two of these ponytail beanies and was delighted with the one I received. Two of my granddaughters have very long hair and a regular stocking hat just won't do! I reported that one was missing to Walmart, they contacted Ruby Shade who reached out to me immediately. I just got the other one in the mail. Ruby Shade had enclosed a note, personally written, apologizing for the delay as well as two little gifts to include with the beanies. I really appreciated the kindness.

The concept is really cute. I recommend a couple changes. First, I am keeping it because it is really cute. However, they do need to create different sizes for both fit and for those with very thick hair versus fine thin hair. There is just a sewn hole at the top with a one size fits all. I brought the dark gray color. It is well made. The problem is you must pull the hair thru once it is on your head. Finally, it needs to be satin lined to fight the frizz and not flatten the rest of the hair.
