The quality could be better, the assembly is not bad but the screws do not align causing the headboard to be off on the sides. If you need to return the vendor charges 20% restocking fee plus you are responsible for shipping. If there is damage they charge 50% restocking fee. How do you prove it was damaged already, Color is not white or crisp white as described it's antique white more like a beige color.
