Booster rod is too long on the chrome booster.

Required cutting down the rod and even making booster rod thinner so that it could be threaded longer. Can see in side view of chrome versus the zinc booster that there is a differance in length. Beware that some machining work is needed. need a 3/8 inch fine thread die.

I should have read reviews before buying this !!

I bought the power brake booster and the rod is way to long on the booster. As others stated it would take modifications to make it even close. I paid the shipping and returned the purchase, probably will not buy form Jegs again in the future

Nice looking booster assembly

I like the product very nice looking. The only issue I had was the booster rod was to long and had to cut back and rethread which was time consuming.
