Dos Maderas Triple Aged Rum 5+5 PX, this intriguing rum offers rich aromas of fig and raisin, leading to ripe fruit on the palate, accented by tropical spice and dark amber in color. It is wrapped in sherry notes with wisps of smoky oak and a touch of tobacco leaf. Aged for 10 years, it spends 5 years in the Caribbean and 5 years at Williams & Humbert, undergoing a two-stage maturation process (3 and 2 years) in sherry oak casks. Has a fusion of cultures that brings about the perfect harmony, balance and blending of aromas and flavours. Best appreciated neat, and is beautifully paired with cigars and chocolate. That same character makes it ideal for classic rum cocktails too. Packed in a shelf-stable 750 ml shelf-stable glass bottle and contains 40% alcohol by volume.
