Bought these for my husband and I am thrilled to report that he loves them so much, he wears them regardless of the weather despite them being originally purchased for rainy or snowy days. Bring on (light) Winter Chores

These XTRATUF boots are great for NH Winters light tasks. Just what I wanted and I would purchase again and recommend to friends. I use them for walking the dog on slushy roads, going out to start the car on snowy mornings, bringing firewood in from the pile. I appreciate that they are easy on/off but fit snugly once on. They are totally waterproof, soles are grippy on snow/ice, and lightly insulated. I don't use them for snowshoeing, deep snow shoveling or snow-blowing, winter hiking with traction spikes, etc...preferring 'real' boots for that stuff. But for the light tasks I use them for, these boots are excellent!
