To be honest, I've not had an opportunity to try all of the colors for vibrancy and smooth writing. I gave the rating of 3 stars because each lead container has a variety of colors rather than one color per container. I use some colors more often, so I prefer not having to sort through for the color that needs replacing. Also, the number of total leads was disappointing.
