Great for grabbing and turning food in the pan.

I got these because I was having trouble grabbing food from the pan with the type that have a plastic vinyl cover grab area. These don't look as fancy but MUCH easier for grabbing, turning and picking up food from the pan, like sliced checken and vegetables. Also great for plucking things out of canned and canning jars.
