I love these, but they are expensive, so I only buy them as a treat. Sweet potatoes have a slightly lower glycemic index than white potatoes. Mostly, I love that they are made with avocado oil, which is one reason I will spend extra for them. I want to encourage more food companies to use clean ingredients.
