need happy thoughts while putting together and
bad instructions on set up - but figured it out.. hard to get in and out of i tend to not use the belts (which are for lil- thin people) but it is very hard unless you have help. The wheel is in an awkward place but it is manageable to turn with some effort. Sometimes the base will bind and i find lifting my feet out of the foot holder and moving wheel back and forth it will start moving again. The neck sling to hold your head is in an awkward place and they really do not show you how to use so between being strangled in one position or pulling your ears off in another - i did eventually find a happy medium that didnt kill me - but it is very awkward. be prepared to slide off to the side after use as it does make your back stretch and that is the purpose of it. so jumping right up after you realease and unhook everything is not an option. I wasn't going to put the handle on as shown in the photo opposite of the wheel.. who would need that.. right ??? but you will so install that for sure. and make sure you have everything done and dogs and kiddo's locked up or happy somewhere.. cause once you get all hooked up and ready to stretch - the last thing you need to do is have to stop and get all undone.. found this out the hard way.. for the price it is wonderful ..
