Poor quality. No refund when returned.

TOO SMALL. NO REFUND GIVEN. NO REPLY TO EMAILS. The item from Alpha Medical is low quality. A previous Champion, different item same name, from different seller, was one of the best. I mailed back this belt at my cost but there's no record of refund or reply. Belt size "M" was ordered per their chart but it did not fit a 39-40" waist.
