The cushioning under the heel makes these shoes like walking on air, and the support is so good that I've not needed my orthotic insoles. If you're looking for a pair of urban walkers, or if you stand all day, these are for you. After 4 weeks, my posture and energy feel transformed. A knee which was operated on last year is benefiting from the cushioning and support too. They wipe clean and still look brand new!

I chose Skechers Uno – Stand On Air for long-term standing at work, but that was my mistake — these shoes are designed for casual wear, not all-day standing. They are very stylish, attractive, and comfortable for walking, but wearing them for 11-hour shifts led to heel pain, foot swelling, and plantar fasciitis symptoms. I chose style over long-term work comfort. No doubt, these shoes are worth it for what they were designed for, as they never claimed to be suitable for long hours on your feet. Sharing this to warn workers who stand long shifts: use them wisely.
