Works well
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Occasionally I have trouble falling asleep and use melatonin to assist. In the past I've used instant dissolving melatonin and was a little hesitant to try it in pill form. It seems to work well and doesn't take long to start feeling the effects. I'd recommend to a friend or family member.

Now I Sleep Like A Baby
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The past several years I have been having difficulty falling asleep. I have been taking a 10mg soft gel of Melatonin for the past several weeks thirty minutes before bedtime. I have noticed an improvement when i wake up in the morning.. Now, i feel more awake and energized .

Great Option!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used these for almost 2 weeks straight, and they were amazing. I spoke to my doctor through a video visit, to make sure I was able to take them and the dosage was right for me. Once she gave me the okay, I started taking them at night. I usually have trouble staying asleep, I will nap for 30 min and wake up. The first week I setup an alarm for myself to make sure I woke up on time in case my body wanted to oversleep. I have felt less tired and more motivated (not associated directly with the supplements, but because I'm not as tired anymore due to lack of sleep. )
