The Prime Neoprene Vest has 2 concealed 1.5" (3.8cm) straps equipped with squeeze-style quick-release buckles and a full front zipper closure. The vest is designed anchored foam panels with mesh bottom drains for superior and rapid drainage, so it won't weigh you down when getting up for the ride. Vest is a US Coast Guard (USCG) Approved Type lll Personal Flotation Device. Vest is available in multiple sizes depending on the user's chest size and body weight. All sizes are designed for persons weighing 90 lbs. (41 kg) or more. Size small is for people with chests measuring 32" to 36" (81cm to 91cm), medium for people with chests measuring 36" to 40" (91cm to 102cm), large for people with chests measuring 40" to 44" (102cm to 112cm), x-large for people with chests measuring 44" to 48" (112cm to 122cm) and the 2 x-large for people with chests measuring 48" to 52" (122cm to 132cm).
