I'm a black woman with 4C high porosity hair. I was scared to use this shampoo because 4C hair is so delicate and it is easily damaged, but this hair dye was gentle. After I died my hair, I did not wash my hair for 2 weeks to retain the color (this advice is for African Americans). Use a gentle moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. My hair looks great. I'm impressed. I had a head full of ashy grey hair and now I look 20 years younger!

This is probably the best product ever created. I have black Asian hair and half of my head is gray. All you do is lather your head right before shower and boom.! Amazing results. Wear gloves as it will stain hands. I only keep it on my head for 3-4 minutes and wash.
