I installed this plug on my 2005 Dodge Dakota. The connector on the back was a perfect fit to the existing vehicle wiring harness. The original mounting location was under the bumper and would have to be modified a little to fit. Probably because this is on a 15 year old truck. But would not be a show stopper at all. I ended up drilling a 2-1/8" hole in the bumper and mounting it next to the number plate to be much more accessible and more protected.
