UPGO Stair Stepper Mini Stepper Machine

It works well for me. I'm about 170 pounds, and I'm in my late fifties. I got this stepper so that I could complete my cardiovascular exercise inside when the weather is intense outside. I like to walk on hills, so I prefer a stepper over a treadmill. It's compact, so it doesn't take up much space when not in use. It's also light enough to move relatively easily. I use it while standing both forward and backward so it feels like I'm walking either uphill or downhill. After an hour of using the stepper, the shocks don't smell, and they keep the same pressure throughout my workout. I bought this particular model because it has handlebars. That helps with balance if I need it. I have a bad shoulder, so it's sometimes difficult to reach forward to grab the handlebars. I reversed them to bring them closer to my torso so I can grasp them more easily. That works fine for me. Also, when I'm using the machine in reverse, my back touches the handlebars now and they, which helps me to maintain balance while I'm walking "downhill".

purchased this to get my cardio exercise in. i got it on clearance so the pricenwas great. it is a heavy solid piece of exercise equipment! i thpught it would be cheapmy made for the cost. Very easy to put together and then I just hopped on. Did 10 mins to start and will do another 10 mins tonight. My legs already feel the burn hahaa
