TERRIBLE...I was sent a used, destroyed mannequin!

The mannequin arrived super FAST, but the box was open, and had holes in it, where you could actually see the mannequin! Of course the mannequin was destroyed!!! Why even send it, if you cannot send it without getting damaged??? AND...once the delivery person saw the damaged box...WHY DELIVER THAT WAY?!?!? Now, it's up to me to RETURN it for no fault of my own...what a total waste of time...PLUS, now I have to wait for my money to be returned...I will definitely make a formal complaint.
