This EconoTemp Thermocouple combo pack includes a DuraNeedle probe which has a rugged shaft that works well with both dense meat products and soft foods or liquids and a bracket for wall mounting. The main unit features the slim ergonomic design and molded protective rubber boot of the EconoTemp line with an in-unit temperature range of -40°F to 500°F and a type K jack that accepts other type K thermocouple probes besides the included one.
