Beautiful color purple

This fabric was just OK to try and work with. All sides of the fabric fray. If you are going to use it over a chair, pergola, a Church pew for a wedding, it might be OK. To use it on clothing might be a problem because of the fraying. If you are a professional sewer you might be able to sew with it. I tried using it to make an Easter wreath and as I was putting it around a styrofoam wreath, I had all the strings hanging. I just gave up after cutting strings constantly. All in all the color and feel is very nice.

good for someone with experience sewing with sheer

I received the purple fabric and it is a very pretty color not to bright just a pretty purple. Being a sheer fabric of course it is a little harder to work with. The material does have a little sheen to it that makes it even more appealing to add it to a project to make it stand out. It is very thin and see thru as expected. I was thinking of a quick project to try to make something out of the material and was going to put it on the outside of a black face mask I have to add a little color to it but, I was having a hard time getting it sewn on the front of it. Differently need a bigger stitch to get it to stay so it does not tear. I will be trying to make some tutu's with the material for some of my grand daughters dolls as I am having a hard time working with the fabric, but that is due to me not being a super great seamstress. The only thing I did not like about this material and I did take a picture of it. As soon as I cut the fabric and pulled with a light amount of pressure the fabric unweaved and started to fray. I know that someone with a lot more experience with sewing can make something beautiful out of this fabric as far as I go. It is a little more tricky for me to work with.

Purple organza

The fabric has a beautiful color and is perfect for decorating parties and small girls rooms. I used to decorate my daughter's room - I made a beautiful tent and looks amazing.
