Was exactly what I was looking for - a lightweight yet soft blanket to put on my bed and use when it is too hot for my comforter so I have the comforter folded up at the bottom of my bed. It's perfect for that. I got the king size and it fits my bed nicely. It is not too short. Also I got the ivory color which is beautiful. I'd say it is more of a winter white/cream than a butter colored ivory. I highly recommend it. Especially given the price.
