The strength is perfect and the capsules are easy swallow they do not get stuck in your throat. They have an entire coating, which makes them go down very smoothly. I sleep better. I sleep sounder and I sleep a little longer before I have to get up and go to the bathroom so all on an excellent product it doesn't there's no taste so I can't. I can't reply to the work of my taste I don't chew them. I just take them with a glass of water or ideally with a glass of milk.

I was happy to discover that Nutricost Melatonin really works! I had tried other name brands and they didn't seem to work very much out of desperation. I tried this brand and it started working. I started going to sleep. What a relief a week later I'm still using it and it still helps me drift off.

This product is superior to one I took for a couple of years. It is definitely more effective and accomplishes its intended purpose. About 45 minutes or a little longer, and I'm asleep! The previous product did NOT work nearly as well as NUTRICOST MELATONIN has.
