This Machine Is Mainly Used for Cylindrical and Conical Products; Such As Cylindrical, Conical Products Made of Various Plastic, Glass, Metal Materials, Including Various Packaging Bottles Such As Wine Bottles, Medicine Bottles, Cosmetic Bottles, Etc .;, Mugs, Beer Mugs, Wine Glasses and Other Cups; Glass Tubes, Pens, Ballpoint Pens, Fishing Rods, Bats and Other Small Cylindrical Products.
For Cylindrical and Conical Products, the Printing Surface Has Large Depressions or Protrusions, and There Are Non-planar Pits in the Printing Surface, Which Is Not Suitable for Printing by This Machine.
This Curved Screen Printing Machine Is Mainly Used for Printing
Cylindrical and Conical Products with a Diameter of less than 170 Mm.
Using Method:
1. Install the Screen Frame and Adjust to the Suitable Height, Install the Handle Position According to Using Habit.
2.Install the Squeegee and Fix It at a Distance of 1-2 Cm from the Pattern.
3.Adjust the Position of the Printing Frame and Roller Bearing, Place the Printing Object on Wheel and Leave some Spac Between the Screen Frame. Make Sure the Printing Object If Line up with the Squeegee.
4. Adjust the Screen Frame Position and Pour out Ink.
Features:
The Bearing Mounting Frame Is Directly Fixed in the Mounting Hole of the Aluminum Strip, and Can Move up and down 160 Mm According to the Height of the Substrate.
4 Additional Mounting Brackets, Remove the Bearings on the Original Main Mounting Bracket, and Directly Fix the Additional Mounting Bracket on the Main Mounting with Screws, Mainly Used for the Printing of Conical Products. the Additional Mounting Bracket Can Be Moved up and down by 20 Mm.
