I received a huge tote bag for Christmas that I love, but I didn't want to just dump all my stuff into it, so I ordered this organizer to be able to find what I want when I need it. I looked at a LOT of them (and actually ordered two others) before this one - one was sold out and the second one was way too tiny. The fabric is waterproof and the measurements are exactly as stated in the description. It didn't take very long for the delivery, either - about 4 days. Most of the ones I liked on Amazon cost as much as a whole new bag would, so I was happy to find this one at a good price. I didn't want felt (most of the inexpensive ones are made of) because I don't think it would hold up over time. This one is very sturdy and well made, with different size pockets both inside and out, to fit pretty much everything you need. There are even a couple of pockets for ink pens. One thing I *love* is that the key chain holder is retractable, so it stretches out for use, then coils back in for storage. The organizer also has handles if you want to do a quick bag change, and the handles are flat against the sides, so they won't get in your way. It zips on top in case your bag is an open style - my tote has a zip top so I don't need to zip the organizer, but it's good to have the option. It seemed kind of short when I first looked at it — my tote bag is very deep — but when I inserted it I realized it was just right, because it didn't cover up the few inner pockets made into the tote bag. There was enough space for me to put a zippered envelope-type case to hold my makeup %26 miscellaneous small things. Overall, this is an excellent organizer for a wide, deep tote bag. Well made at a very good price.
