Look Elsewhere

The instructions included with the creeper show that it is shipped assembled but it was not. All the parts look great, but it came disassembled with no hardware to assemble. I notified their customer service and was promptly sent out the "correct" hardware a week or two later. It included nuts, bolts and washers, but only 1 of the 3 different sizes of thin wrenches required to assemble it. So now it just sits there, mostly assembled on wobbly wheels. At least they tried to make it right even if they failed at that too.
