RECEIVED BUSTED STALE COFFEE BAG !!!!

Frankly; the coffee could have tasted much better if one of the bags was not busted!!! I ordered two bags from this company and I received both bags smashed and one got busted. The taste between both bags was not the same even though they're both identical!! The bag that got busted tasted stale and less flavored than the sealed bag. I tried repeatedly (4 times) to get hold of the seller by calling the customer service number or emailing ; unfortunately; the seller has not responded to my repeated attempts!! All I needed was to get the seller to try to ship the coffee bars in a different reasonable way than a Manila Envelope !!! Every time I called the company; a recorded message came on with a foreign language that I didn't understand!!! I left messages but no response from the seller!!!!
