These Replacement Sealed Ice Packs are designed to fit the Original Plantar Fasciitis Splint in the Small/Medium size. The encapsulated ice packs are filled with purified water and are USDA approved freezing agents. Place the sealed ice pack in your freezer or refrigerator for 1 - 2 hours. The hook and loop fastener holds the ice pack in place. While sitting, place your heel as far back on the sealed ice pack as possible. Do not use for more then 20 minutes in one application period. Remember to remove the sealed ice pack before sleeping.
