Note to the shoppers.

I am 84 years old and unable to get out and do my own shopping. I appreciate the delivery service. The only thing that I think would improve it tremendously as if we had a place on our order to put a note to the shopper on special items. I don't see where this should be a problem for your people too put a place for us to just send a small message to the shopper. Thank you for considering this.

The berries themselves were very good but the container they came in was open and part of the contents spilled out damaging some of the berries ,causing me to lose part of my product. A simple piece of tape would have helped. The container also was damaged, had been cut.

Such a disappointment

So here goes the truth. I LOVE LOVE blackberries, buy them at least twice a month. Well, sadly I have thrown away a lot of money because the pickers do not pay any attention to what looks good or not. In probably a year of buying twice a month, I've only received a good fresh batch maybe 4 times. Every other time they are no good and I can save maybe 5 or 6 berries out of the pack. I know what you're thinking, why do you continue to buy them right? I suppose I'm just stubborn and want them so badly that I continue to tell myself hopefully they'll be good this time. I cannot get my money back because I refuse to pay for delivery service yet have to go into the store EVERY SINGLE TIME I get a delivery to return the item. Makes delivery pointless. * And yes you're seeing this right, aside from the fur (mold), that IS a WORM inside the berry in the last pic!!! so much money down the drain.
