Creamy Squash Soup with Tonnino Tuna with Oregano

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 jar Tonnino Tuna with Oregano in Olive Oil
• 1 tablespoon butter
• ¼ cup onion, chopped
• 2 cups pureed squash
• ½ cup water
• ½ cup whipping cream
• ¼ tablespoon rosemary, chopped

DIRECTIONS:

1. Fry the onion and rosemary in butter until the onion is crystallized and add the pureed squash.
2. Blend the whipping cream and water. Heat to a boil.
3. Serve in a bowl and add Tonnino Tuna on top.
