Really like it

I bought this because it was compared to an Italian brand. Even though is not as good as the Italian one it's pretty close and it's a little bit better priced. I still think is a little bit pricey. I do recommend for sourdough bread.

Gf pizza flour

Super convenient mix of pizza base, you just need to follow de instructions from de bag. It's a huge bonus it is gluten-free so anyone can enjoy a pizza with no issue. The composition is smooth and easy to work with. I used a bit of oil on my hands when I placed it in the tray. Good quality product from this brand.

It's a great flour to make pizza.

Mixed it with Italian pizza flour Capital and got the best performance. Definitely will always buy it.
